STEP – Supporting Teaching & Educational Programs

Project Details:

The Supporting Teaching & Educational Programs (STEP) initiative is our club's signature project, focusing on improving educational outcomes for students in our community through various support programs and resources. Since its inception, STEP has funded over $150,000 in educational programs and supplies.

Program Components

STEP provides crucial support to students, not-for-profit learning organizations, and local elementary, middle, and high schools. Our support includes:

• Purchase of student school supplies, books, teaching materials, classroom equipment, and sports needs
• Adaptive learning equipment for special needs students
• Funding for "Every 15 Minutes" at Canyon High, which focuses on the dangers of drinking/texting and driving
• College scholarships
• Attendance to high school leadership training camp and the Chance Theater teen program

Impact

Through these initiatives, STEP has made a significant impact by:
